Murray is a fully qualified architect and chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), with thirty years of professional experience across a wide range of project types and scales.
He is a founding partner of Untitled Practice, which he established with landscape architect Fenella Griffin, to work sustainably and holistically with land, buildings and people.
The practice is developing proposals for sustainable landscape infrastructure and urban public realm in London and the SE of England, as well as rural housing in Sussex and Cornwall.
Untitled Practice won the inaugural AJ Landscape Project of the Year 2017 for its work at Lesnes to Crossness, Thamesmead, and won the LI Adding Value Through Landscape Award 2016.
Previously, as a director at John McAslan + Partners, Murray led a team of 20 people delivering a number of competition and award-winning projects.
Murray is a Design South-East design review panel member and a GLA special assistance team advisor.
